Simon Hill

Simon Hill is a Quality Manager at Rolls-Royce, bringing over 27 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and more than 15 years in Quality Management. Previously, Simon served as a Quality Assurance Manager and a Business Improvement Manager within the Civil Aerospace division. With expertise in quality systems and airworthiness, Simon leads significant manufacturing and supply chain change programs while fostering improvements that benefit customers and the business. Simon holds a BEng (Hons) in Materials Technology from Coventry University and is a qualified LRQA Lead Auditor and accredited Rolls-Royce Green Belt.
