Simon Hind

Simon Hind is a Principal Engineer and Chartered Physicist with extensive experience in fluid system transient analysis and safety case support. They have built a strong reputation through their work at Abbott Risk Consulting since 2023 and previously at Rolls-Royce in various engineering roles from 2013 to 2015. With significant knowledge in reactor performance, system design, and nuclear safety principles, Simon has led the Verification and Validation of nuclear reactor design aspects and authored key documents for Plant Safety Case substantiation. They hold a First Class Honours degree in Theoretical Physics from The University of Sheffield.
