Simon Newton is a Global Business Services and Finance Transformation leader with over 15 years of hands-on transformational leadership experience in shared and global business services at five world-class companies. They have held various significant positions, including Finance Director at John Lewis and Vice-President Financial Shared Services at Nokia. Currently, Simon serves as the Managing Director of SNtial Business Services Counsel Ltd and is involved in finance transformation as the SVP GBS Finance Services at Rolls-Royce. A graduate of The University of Sheffield with an LLB (Hons) in Law, Simon is recognized as a visionary strategist committed to continuous improvement and sustainable solutions in finance transformation.
