Simon Oxley

Simon Oxley is an experienced Enterprise Architect at Rolls-Royce since January 2012, where responsibilities include translating business needs into IT strategy and overseeing delivery governance with a focus on end-user environments and collaboration capabilities across a global estate. Prior to this role, Simon served as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, developing strategies for Modern Workplace and Unified Communications. As CTO and Co-founder of Aware Monitoring, from January 2008 to May 2012, Simon led product vision and architecture for a performance monitoring solution. Simon’s earlier experience includes roles as an Infrastructure Architect and Technical Domain Owner at Capital One Bank, along with various engineering and consulting positions in the IT sector. Education was completed at Guthlaxton College from 1986 to 1989.
