Steve Byram

Steve Byram is currently a Production Planning & Control Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they lead the Planning & Control work stream for a major restructuring project. Previously, they held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Lead Planner and Production Planning Control Technician, focusing on turbine manufacturing processes. Steve began their career in sales and account management, notably as a Commercial Account Manager at Nottingham Forest FC. They also have a background in coaching, having worked with local schools to teach Football and Cricket. Steve earned a Master's degree in Operations Excellence from Cranfield University and a BSc (HONS) in Sport Science & Management from Nottingham Trent University.
