Steven Arnold

Steven Arnold possesses extensive experience in production and operations management within the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as an Order Controller at Rolls-Royce since August 2021, Arnold previously held the position of MRPC - Make (Production Controller) at Rolls-Royce NA. Prior roles include Special Process Operator - NDT Inspector at Rolls-Royce, Production Supervisor at Airgas Dry Ice, and Operations Team Leader at Appomattox Bio Energy. With a strong background in overseeing production processes, managing teams, and ensuring quality standards, Arnold has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive efficiency and meet customer demands throughout a diverse career that began in the semiconductor industry. Arnold holds a BS in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate of Science degree from Richard Bland College of William & Mary.
