Thomas Grant

Thomas Grant is a Programme Lead at Rolls-Royce, specializing in project management, delivery, and agile methodologies within the aerospace and defense sectors. With a strong technical foundation in Aerospace Engineering, Thomas currently manages multiple engineering scrums to meet program milestones. Previously, Thomas served as the UK Marketing Lead for Leonardo Helicopters' AW149 platform, where they coordinated promotional activities and analyzed competitive strategies. Thomas's career began with a research and development internship at Sentinor, followed by roles at Leonardo, including Product Marketing Manager and Structural Stress Analyst. They earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
