Thomas Hall

Thomas Hall possesses extensive experience in internal communications, having held senior positions at Rolls-Royce and Boots UK. At Rolls-Royce, Thomas served as a Senior Leader in Internal Communications focusing on Functions & Capabilities, in addition to heading Group Internal Communications and overseeing Global Campaigns. Previous roles at Boots UK include Senior Manager for Colleague Engagement and Internal Communications, as well as Internal Communications Manager and Assistant Manager. Thomas began a career in communications at the NHS, where responsibilities ranged from communications officer to PA for senior executives. Early in the career, Thomas gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at WW Publishing Ltd. Thomas holds a BA (Honours) in Business Management from the University of Derby, completed in 2001, and attended The Ecclesbourne School from 1989 to 1996.
