Thomas Hare is the Head of Engineering - Producibility at Rolls-Royce, where they previously held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer for the NPI Trent 1000 and Team Leader in Manufacturing and Laboratory Services. They have led the development of Additive Manufacture in various materials and managed a diverse team of engineers. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Thomas worked as a Metallurgist at Firth Rixson and as a Bar Metallurgist at TIMET. Thomas earned an MSc in Nuclear Technology from The University of Manchester between 2014 and 2017.
