Thomas Morgan is currently the Design Capability Lead at Rolls-Royce, where they focus on people management and capability improvement within Turbines and Combustion Product Design. Previously, Thomas held roles including Structures Component Design Engineer and Trent 900 Lifecycle Engineer, where they managed in-service operations and conducted detailed component designs. Thomas began their career at Rolls-Royce as a Higher Technical Apprentice, completing an NVQ Level 2 and an NVQ Level 4 in Engineering Manufacture, alongside a Foundation Degree in Integrated Engineering. Thomas also worked as an Operations Assistant at The Co-operative Group early in their career. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
