Tim Harris

Tim Harris is an experienced Maintenance Engineer and Working Team Lead at Rolls-Royce since November 2021, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Tim spent 18 years at BAE Systems, where contributions included developing safety procedures and promoting inclusive workplace practices as a Human Factors Engineer, and serving as a Workplace Safety Representative. Tim's technical foundation was built as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, where responsibilities included maintaining high-tolerance assembly lines, and as a Mechanical Apprentice, completing hands-on training and education in engineering. Tim holds an HNC in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and an ONC in Mechanical Engineering from Coleg Gwent.
