Tim Ringham is currently the Head of Manufacturing Services at Rolls-Royce, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Chief of Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Manager at Rolls-Royce from 2014 to 2019. Tim's experience also includes roles as Manufacturing Engineer and Operations Team Manager at Goodrich from 2002 to 2008, as well as Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Aero Engine Controls between 2008 and 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University from 1998 to 2002.
