Tom Carroll has extensive experience at Rolls-Royce, currently serving as Programme Manager - Technical Development since September 2019. Previously held roles include Team Leader and Supply Chain Planner in Services Procurement, where key responsibilities encompassed external supply chain planning, new product introduction, and ERP compliance. Earlier positions at Rolls-Royce involved planning and managing suppliers within the Civil Aerospace sector. Tom also gained foundational skills through a Supply Chain Management Internship at Rolls-Royce and earlier as a Youth Team Scholar at Northampton Town Football Club, which fostered personal discipline and teamwork skills. Tom Carroll earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Nottingham Business School, coupled with substantial in-company experience.
