Tom Southey

Tom Southey is a Mechanical Engineer with notable experience in thermal and fluid systems engineering, gained through positions at Rolls-Royce and EDF Energy. At EDF Energy, Tom conducted research in nuclear generation, focusing on pressure vessel seals and safety case development during internships. At Rolls-Royce, Tom progressed from summer internships to a graduate role, ultimately becoming a Thermal and Fluid Systems Engineer responsible for subsystem management and system-level trade studies. Tom holds a First Class Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and has a solid academic foundation in physics and mathematics from Gordano School.
