Tracy Leja

Tracy Leja is currently the Head of HR Global Compliance at Rolls-Royce, where they provide specialist advice on complex investigations and manage risk in collaboration with global compliance and HR teams. Tracy previously served as the National Employee Relations Manager at the Skills Funding Agency, leading negotiations and developing employee relations strategies. Earlier in their career, Tracy worked as an HR Business Partner for the Learning & Skills Council, where they managed a national change program across multiple offices. Tracy also held various roles including Insurance Specialist at AA Insurance Services Ltd and Office Manager at Nacro Services.
