Wayne Lavender

Wayne Lavender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Business Improvement Manager at Rolls-Royce since January 2016. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include Group Lead positions in strategic improvements, engineering producibility, manufacturing, and commissioning. Wayne's earlier career at UTC Aerospace Systems spanned from August 2009 to January 2016, where roles included Lead Design Engineer and Applications Engineer, and also included an industrial placement. Initial career experience includes work as a Dispatcher at Birmingham International Airport. Wayne holds a BEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
