Luca Ruggeri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and organizational development. As Co-Founder and Platform Design Micro-Enterprise Lead at Boundaryless, Luca focuses on transforming organizations into ecosystem-driven platforms. In addition, Luca serves as CTO and co-founder of Scuter, pioneering an innovative e-scooter sharing service. With roles such as Agile Project & Change Manager at Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale and Consigliere di amministrazione at Roma Startup, Luca has actively contributed to numerous innovation initiatives.
