Tracy Porter PHR SHRM-CP serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Romack Staffing, where they oversee Human Resources and Contractor Payrolling departments. Since 2009, they have demonstrated a commitment to fostering strong client and employee relationships, achieving a 100% retention ratio for the company. Tracy obtained their Professional in Human Resources certification in 2011 and the SHRM-CP certification in 2015. Prior to Romack Staffing, they held roles at Paychex and The Beryl Companies, gaining extensive experience in client services and team supervision. Tracy earned a diploma in Business from Odessa between 1994 and 1998.
