Rob Richards is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Romanow Container, a SupplyOne Company, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of Vice President of Sales at ALTOR from December 2022 to February 2025. Rob's extensive experience in the industry began at Polyfoam LLC, an Altor Solutions Company, where Rob progressed from Project Engineer to Sr. Sales Engineer and ultimately to Director of Sales over a span of 26 years. Rob earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University between 1991 and 1995.
