Jeff Baidoo

Jeff Baidoo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeff is currently the Director of Partnership at Meet Minneapolis, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Assembly Member at Pro Sports Assembly starting in 2020.

Jeff also has extensive experience in the sports industry, particularly with the Minnesota Wild. Jeff held various roles with the organization, including Account Executive, Customer Service & Retention from July 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they worked on retention efforts and formed partnerships with clients. Jeff also served as an Associate Account Executive for Fan Relations and New Business Development.

Before their career in sports, Jeff worked at Capella University as a New Learner Experience Coordinator, where they provided support and orientation for new students. Jeff also worked as an Academic Advising Support Representative and an Academic Advising Engagement Representative.

Earlier on, Jeff worked as a Program Director/Outreach Liaison at Urban Youth Conservation (UYC) and held positions at the University of Minnesota as a Student Supervisor of Telemarketing and a Student Development Representative.

Jeff Baidoo has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Development and a supporting program in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certificates from Sports Management Worldwide. These include a certificate in Sports Media & Communications in 2019, a certificate in Hockey Analytics in 2015, and a certificate in Hockey General Manager & Scouting in 2013. Jeff also earned a certificate in the History of Hockey from the Hockey Hall of Fame through Sports Management Worldwide in 2020. Jeff also has certifications in CPR & Heartsaver AED and Comfort Training from Regions Hospital, as well as a Power of Purpose Training Certification from More To Life UK.
