Roland Leeb has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Rommelag Unternehmensgruppe since November 2018. Prior experience includes Directors of Cloud Operations and IT at Matrix42 AG from November 2012 to November 2018, and various IT leadership roles at Sophos, Astaro AG, and PLANTA Projektmanagement-Systeme GmbH. Additionally, Roland Leeb was the CEO of Leeb Computersysteme, specializing in IT services for lawyers and tax consultants, from January 1996 to December 2001. Roland Leeb's educational background includes studies at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Maschinenbau from Albert-Einstein-Schule Ettlingen.

Rommelag is the inventor of blow-fill-seal technology (BFS) and the global market leader in the aseptic filling of liquids and semisolids with its bottelpack machines. Our machines are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Together with our customers, we develop innovative packaging solutions tailored precisely to the specific packaging task at hand. We built the first prototype bottelpack machine in 1962. Since then, we have continued gathering and sharpening our expertise in packaging solutions using BFS. We are delighted to say we now have customers in over 80 countries worldwide and more than 2,000 dedicated employees.
