Romodels is a charity (1197650) which aims to support primary and early secondary children(4-14 year olds) across Wales to discover, experience and believe in a future of career possibilities, regardless of their own lived experiences, through our unique bilingual online learning platform for schools. 

We aim to redefine possibilities by addressing the limited exposure to diverse career options and Romodels (role models), as well as the impact of stereotypes on children's aspirations. 

Inspired by a personal experience and a review of the research, Romodels was created to provide children with early immersion in to a wide range of dynamic 
future career opportunities, fostering belief in themselves and their potential to be change-makers and trailblazers in an ever-changing world.
