Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at RONA, they have previously held leadership roles at companies such as Lowe’s and The Home Depot, specializing in site selection, project management, and real estate negotiations. Sylvain possesses a strong understanding of financial proformas and land development processes and is fluent in both French and English. They are currently advancing their education in Civil Engineering Technology at Mohawk College and pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Lakehead University.
