Mark Hill is an experienced presenter, expert, and author in the field of antiques and collectibles. Mark began their career at BBC in 2007, where they served as an expert on various shows, including 'Antiques Roadshow' and 'Antiques Uncovered.' Hill also co-presented shows like 'Collectaholics' and 'Cracking Antiques' during their time at the BBC.

In 2017, Hill joined Ronati, Inc. as the Senior Vice President for the UK and EU markets. In this role, they were responsible for business development, client and partner acquisition, and strategy within the antiques, fine art, and design industries. Mark also served on the Advisory Board of Ronati LLC, providing expertise on corporate strategy, marketing, PR, sales, and market intelligence.

Hill is also an author, publisher, and director of markhillpublishing.com since 2006. Additionally, they became an Accredited Lecturer at The Arts Society in 2015, where they deliver lectures and special events focused on antiques, decorative arts, and 20th-century design.

In 2014, Hill established their own company, markhill.net, where they serve as the owner.

Hill has held positions as a Consultant Specialist at Dawson's Auctioneers Ltd and an Insider at Truly Experiences Ltd. Mark co-founded and directed Antiques Young Guns Ltd from 2013 to 2019.

Furthermore, Hill had the opportunity to be an expert co-presenter with Shaquille O'Neal for the pilot of an antiques gameshow called 'Trash or Treasure', which unfortunately did not get commissioned for broadcast due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Lastly, Hill collaborated with Miller's as a co-author for their bi-annual Miller's Collectables Price Guides from 2007 to 2016.

Mark Hill attended the Royal Grammar School in Guildford from 1989 to 1993. Mark then went on to study at the University of Reading from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History of Art & Architecture.
