Ted S. is the Director of Quality at Roncelli Technologies Group, bringing eighteen years of quality experience in the manufacturing industry. They have held various roles, including Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Manager, where they implemented systems and processes that significantly reduced defects and achieved ISO certification. With a strong background in supplier development and qualification, Ted has worked on projects across the U.S.A, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and have utilized DMAIC methodology and Lean Manufacturing principles throughout their career.
