E. Allen Dunn, III, MBA, Ph.D., PE is a seasoned professional in the engineering and geotechnical fields with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Certerra (Rone Engineering) since April 2024, Dunn has previously held positions including Business Unit Leader for Central Texas at Braun Intertec Corporation and Regional Manager at TTL, Inc. Prior roles include Lead Foundation Engineer at M&S Engineering and Senior Geotechnical Engineer/Principal Consultant at Professional Service Industries, Inc.
