Mark M. has worked in the technology industry for over 18 years. Mark began their career in 2001 as a Staging Specialist at TEKsystems. In 2003, they joined MICROS Systems as an Implementation Consultant and Customer Service Specialist, where they were responsible for resolving technical and/or operational issues with MICROS software, troubleshooting data validation issues and application layer issues, and script writing for Sybase 5.0/6.0/9.0. In 2006, they became the President & Founder of WebGenX Corporation. In 2008, they moved to Hospitality Technology Group as President. In 2016, they were appointed as VP of Technical Services at One Source, LLC. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success at Rooam.

Mark M. began their educational journey in 1999, when they attended York School of Technology and received a Certificate in Computer Technology. Mark then continued their studies at Strayer University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in 2004.
