Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith has a background in customer support, retail management, outdoor gear advising, and performance arts. Sarah is currently working at Roofr as a Customer Support Hero, assisting roofers with creating measurement reports and proposals. Prior to that, Sarah held positions at MEC, Starbucks, and other companies where Sarah showcased their skills in leadership, customer service, and management. Sarah also has a degree in Music Pedagogy and a Basic Musicianship Certificate from Douglas College.
