Timothy M. is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Roofr since June 2025. Prior to this role, Timothy held the position of Director of Product Design at SurveyMonkey and The Predictive Index, where leadership was demonstrated in product design for B2B SaaS platforms focused on HR tools and talent optimization. Additional experience includes managing UX teams at Procore Technologies and leading the first experience design team at NIC Inc. to develop customer-centric solutions.
