Ingo Dean

Ingo Dean has led technology strategy and infrastructure teams in global organizations, specializing in IT operations and strategic planning. They served as Head of IT at the EastWest Institute from 2008 to 2021, where they transformed the organization's technology infrastructure and processes, enabling a swift transition to remote work. Currently, Ingo is the Director of Information Technology Operations at Roofstock, following their role at Mynd, which was acquired in 2024. They also have extensive experience from their tenure at Mentor Graphics and Virage Logic, where they managed diverse teams and implemented critical IT systems, consistently achieving goals within budget. Ingo is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern Mississippi.
