Yaal Sela has worked in various roles since 1983. Their first job was as an Aerospace Engineer for the Israeli Air Force from 1983 to 1991. Yaal then worked as a Business Development Manager for Lib-Initio Ltd from 2012 to 2015. Yaal then worked as a Sales Director for Tech Mahindra from 2015 to 2017. Yaal then worked as a Freelance, self-employed Business Development Manager from 2017 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been a Customer Success Manager for Roojoom, where they are responsible for strategic account management and customer operations, striving to keep customers happy while increasing and optimizing solution usage and working on business expansions and finding new opportunities.

Yaal Sela attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
