Jérôme Decroix

Jérôme Decroix is currently the Directeur administratif et financier at Roole. With a robust background in finance and strategy, Jérôme previously served as Chief of Staff for Strategy and Business Development at Groupe Renault and as a Finance Controller for the Asia-Pacific Region. They began their career as a Broker Assistant at Oddo & Cie and advanced through roles at Belambra Clubs and Renault, where they conducted internal audits across various departments. Jérôme holds a Master in Management from HEC and has engaged in advanced studies in multicultural management and business excellence.
