Room 27 is a private network for high performing business operators in Australia.

Your business will never outperform the operator, so we work on both.
We put you in a room with operators who get it, and build the rhythms that keep you growing across business, body and mind. The work is hard to do alone, and that's the point of the room.

Membership runs on four pillars:
Monthly Growth Meetings. A circle of eight peers who understand your context, and three hours a month of facilitated, high impact work on your real priorities. This is the core, and the only compulsory part.

Nourish events. Monthly experiences for the body and mind. Often contrast therapy, a cold plunge and a sauna, and real conversation with no small talk.

Grow events. Monthly learning with expert speakers, masterclasses and fireside interviews with next level operators and leaders.

Challenges. Structured 12 week challenges across business, body and mind, with three always running, so good intentions turn into action.

It's for operators running businesses between $1m and $50m who are serious about performance, in the business and in the person leading it.
Established and running in Adelaide, with Sydney and Melbourne on the roadmap.
Membership is by application, and most good things start with a conversation.
