Jong Youn

Jong Youn has a diverse work history, beginning with their role as a Resident Assistant and Leasing Consultant at Campus Living Villages in 2012. Jong then moved to Best Buy in 2013 as a Computer Sales Consultant. In 2016, they began working for Intuition Publishing Ltd. as a Professional Services Manager and Business Analyst. Finally, they are currently employed as a Business Development Manager at Roompact, a position they have held since 2018.

Jong Youn graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Informatics. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Computer Science from Bergen Community College. Jong has also obtained several certifications, including The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in November 2021, Python for Data Science, AI & Development from Coursera in December 2020, Data Science Methodology from Coursera in November 2020, Tools for Data Science from Coursera in November 2020, What is Data Science? from Coursera in November 2020, Inbound Sales from HubSpot in January 2022, and the University Housing Certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
