Joan van Gompel

Joan van Gompel serves as the Area Manager of Operations Management for Roompot & Landal GreenParks, with a tenure starting in November 2007. Joan has held various managerial roles, including Area Manager at Roompot Vakantieparken and park manager at both Vakantiepark Weerterbergen and Bospark 't Wolfsven, overseeing all aspects of park operations and leading multiple departments such as reception, technical services, sports and animation, swimming pool, hospitality, housekeeping, supermarket, and administrative functions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Park at Attractiepark Toverland and Food & Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn, where Joan was responsible for operational departments like bars, restaurants, banquet services, room service, and kitchen operations. Educational background includes attendance at Middelbare Hotelschool from 1982 to 1986.
