Josh Harbourn

Josh Harbourn is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Integrated Services at RoomReady since July 2018, previously holding the position of Advanced Services Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Zdi from 2013 to July 2018, where Josh worked as an Advanced Service Engineer, Service Manager, and Field Engineer. Prior to this, Josh served in the US Navy from October 2009 to October 2013 as an Analyst aboard the USS IWO JIMA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois State University, an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Central College (2019-2021), and a Certified Network Specialist credential in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Illinois Central College (2017-2020). Josh completed secondary education at Midwest Central High School, earning a high school diploma in 2007.
