room|x is an innovative provider of coliving apartments. Our concept aims to bring together people who are looking for an alternative form of living and have the desire to share their everyday life with each other.

As a coliving provider, we offer our residents not only comfortable and modernly equipped apartments, but also community rooms and events that help to promote exchange and community.

Our apartments are particularly attractive to people who travel a lot and live in a city only temporarily, as well as to professionals looking for an affordable yet appealing place to live.

In addition to the residential aspects, we at Roomx GmbH also attach great importance to sustainability and environmental friendliness. Therefore, our buildings are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to minimize energy consumption.

We look forward to welcoming you as a resident and writing a new chapter in coliving together with you.
