Ben Powell

Ben Powell is an accomplished product designer and filmmaker with extensive experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as an Advisor at Roon since February 2023, Ben also operates as an Independent Product Designer and Filmmaker at gogetcreative. Recent experience includes working as a Creative for Google Creative Lab and as a Freelance Staff Product Designer for January AI. Ben has held freelance design leadership roles at Fitbod, How We Feel, and Slack, and has a notable design lead tenure at MetaLab. Prior experience includes a senior product designer position at Google for DeepMind Health and a senior product designer role at Shift. Ben Powell holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from Sheffield Hallam University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
