You know great talent when you see it. Finding it is the hard part.

Roosevelt Talent does. Headhunting, candidate screening, and hiring consulting for companies building in energy tech, batteries, clean chemicals, cloud seeding, maritime, and other frontier technologies. Pretty much any company working to leave the country cleaner, more self-reliant, and better-stewarded than they found it.

If you’re struggling to hire, it’s not your fault—it’s the recruiting process. You’re either:
- Wasting time sifting through hundreds of unqualified applicants.
- Missing out on the 5-star Engineers, Executives, and Sales talent who don't apply to job boards.
- Paying massive fees (often 25-30% of a salary) that your pre-seed or Series A budget simply can't handle.

We solved this problem.

We are Roosevelt Talent (formerly ErthSearch/ ErthTech Talent). For years, we have been the secret weapon for top CleanTech startups. We deliver the absolute best talent in Energy Tech, EV Charging, and Industrial Decarbonization.

Our commitment is simple: Top Talent. Half the Price.
