Zach Fredricks

Zach Fredricks currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Services at Roost, where the focus is on enhancing property NOI and renter financial health through automated cash security deposit management. Prior to joining Roost in March 2023, Zach held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Customer Success at Sportsdigita from May 2021 to February 2023. Zach's career also includes experience as Director of Customer Success at Bigtincan and Veelo, along with a role as Director of Business Development at CrossCountry Freight Solutions, where Zach significantly increased revenue by developing a sales team. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at S.P. Richards, contributing to strategic consulting and process improvements that enhanced profit margins. Zach achieved notable recognition with back-to-back Company Throughput Leader awards while at S. P. Richards and has a degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
