Steph Force

Steph Force has extensive experience in executive support and employee experience, with a strong background in various high-level administrative roles. Currently serving as Employee Experience Director and Chief of Staff at Rooster Teeth since March 2016, Steph has also held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Virtual Assistant at Zirtual, Executive Assistant to the CEO at SADA Systems, and Client Relations Coordinator at Polite in Public. Additionally, Steph served as Executive Assistant to the President at XMission Internet for six years, contributing to one of Utah's largest independent internet solutions companies.
