Na Fan has been working in the field of product design since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as a Graphic Designer at HYlink Ad. In 2014, they moved on to become an Interaction Designer at ACTiVATiON Group. In 2015, they became an Art Director at 𝄞时互动 (北京)科技有限公司, where they led an art team with diverse backgrounds and launched professional campaigns online and built HTML mobile apps for McDonald's and Wei Chuan Foods Corp. In 2016, Na Fan took on the role of Chief Digital Designer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where they revamped and designed all visual communications for the company’s social media platforms, collaborated with cross-departments to develop web-based solutions for the digital market and significantly improved year-on-year conversion rate by 127. In 2020, Na Fan worked as a UX/UI Designer (Sponsored Project) at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. In 2021, they became a Product Designer at Badaboom, where they worked closely with a cross-functional team including the Product Manager, Engineer Team and Operation Team to create the end-to-end experience across devices from defining problems, wireframes, user flows to Hi-Fi prototypes, and shipped 1 platform & 1 core feature and successfully launched in C1 2022. Na is currently a Product Designer at Roostify.
Na Fan completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Shanghai Normal University between 2008 and 2012. Na then pursued a Master's degree in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University from 2019 to 2021.
