Tom Gilmore

Tom Gilmore is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the online rental marketplace, currently serving as Founder and CEO of FloridaRentals.com since July 2017 and as Partner at RoostUp since September 2018. Previously, Tom co-founded and led ApartmentAdvisor as CEO from December 2020 to April 2022, and held the position of General Manager at VacationHomeRentals.com, a role that followed the company's founding by Tom in January 2007 until its acquisition by TripAdvisor, Inc. in June 2015. Tom began their career as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from June 2003 to January 2007 and holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
