Jared Lesar

Jared Lesar's work experience begins in 2011 when they founded and served as an Entrepreneur/Founder of The 99th Percentile Tutoring, a tutoring service focused on high school maths and physics. Jared ran the business until 2015. In 2016, Jared joined Bowmans (Law Firm) as a Candidate Attorney, where they worked in various roles, including Associate and Senior Associate, until 2021. Their responsibilities at Bowmans included Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution. In 2020, Jared had a temporary role as Legal Counsel (Secondment) at Afrox. Currently, they are working at Root, where they began as an Operations Manager in September 2021 and is currently serving as the Head of Legal starting from October 2022.

Jared Lesar's education history begins with their high school education at Wynberg Boys' High School.
