Oliver Evans

Oliver Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, client development, and underwriting within the reinsurance and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Root since May 2025, Oliver previously held the position of Director of Client Development for North America at Loro from July 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, Oliver was at Praedicat, Inc. where roles included Director of Sales for North America and Europe, managing complex sales cycles and client relationships in competitive markets. Oliver's career began at Barbican Insurance Group, where responsibilities included underwriting significant international and North American casualty treaty portfolios. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Leeds.
