Sizwe Mase

Sizwe Mase has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sizwe is currently working at Root as the Business Development Lead since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Customer Success Team Lead from February 2022 to March 2023. Sizwe also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Root from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Root, Sizwe Mase worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Client Executive from March 2018 to May 2021. Sizwe also held the position of Client Advisor from February 2017 to February 2018.

During their time at Bridging Borders (Pty) Ltd, Sizwe Mase co-founded the company in October 2017 and served until December 2020.

Earlier in their career, they worked at PegShure Consulting (Pty) Ltd as an Associate Consultant from March 2015 to September 2016. Sizwe also gained experience at Lion of Africa Insurance as part of the Client Service Centre from February 2014 to February 2015.
