Benoit Michielsens has a diverse work experience in the field of data-driven marketing and digital advertising. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Isobar and iProspect Belgium as a Manager of Data and Analytics, where they led a team focused on ad operations and digital campaign tracking and optimization. Benoit then served as the Managing Director of Belgium at AMNET - The Dentsu Aegis Trading Desk from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Havas Media Group as the Head of Middle Office. In 2017, they took on the role of Data & Technology Director at RMB Regie Media Belge and also co-founded root:, a consultancy firm specializing in data-driven marketing transformation, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder & COO.
Benoit Michielsens completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics and Web Development from Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard - Namur (BE) from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they specialized in Maths & Stats at Athénée Royal de Jodoigne from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification from Google in January 2011.
