We strengthen civil society, promote democracy, foster community resilience, and champion a youth-forward perspective. Our core competencies include creative design, organization and system strengthening, support for movement building, and dynamic learning. Our work spans sectors and continents. From promoting collective action initiatives in Nigeria to reducing political polarization in the United States, our work is systems-focused and places emphasis on continuous learning and partnership.
