Robert Fleischacker

Robert Fleischacker has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Robert began their career in 1988 as a Division Counsel, Legal Counsel, and Attorney. In 1996, they were hired as an Assistant General Counsel at Pentair Water Quality Systems. Two years later, they became General Counsel and Secretary at Stoughton Trailers, LLC. In 2009, they joined The Remi Group (Remi) as Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, where they created and implemented the company's first legal and compliance department. In 2019, they became Assistant General Counsel at Passport. In 2018, they were hired as General Counsel at Root Level Technology. Theircurrent position is Chief Legal Officer at EVC Ventures, which they started in 2022.

Robert Fleischacker obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1980 and 1984. Robert then attended the California Western School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Law between 1985 and 1987. In September 1988, they obtained a License to Practice Law in Wisconsin from the State Bar of Wisconsin. In June 2011, they obtained a License to Practice Law in North Carolina from the State Bar of North Carolina.
