Root & Logic helps companies automate repetitive processes through AI consulting, workflow optimization, and custom-built software.

Many organizations still rely on manual, repetitive tasks that consume time every day: manual checks, copying data, recurring emails, document creation, and ad-hoc workflows. These slow down growth, increase the risk of errors, and put unnecessary pressure on teams.

Root & Logic combines consultancy with technology.
We begin by analyzing, together with your teams, which processes are repeatedly performed by hand. We map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and reveal where automation can create meaningful impact.

We then build AI agents, automated workflows, and custom software that take over these tasks; securely, reliably, and fully tailored to the organization.

Our approach includes:
1. Process-awareness workshops
2. Workflow mapping & inefficiency analysis
3. AI strategy and automation roadmap
4. Development of AI agents & workflow automation
5. Integration with tools, systems & APIs
6. Optimization and team training

Companies that work with us achieve:
- 20–60% less repetitive work
- Faster turnaround times
- Higher quality and fewer errors
- More focus, clarity, and scalability

We build systems for SMEs, scale-ups, recruiters, agencies, tech companies, and service organizations, ranging from end-to-end billing workflows to AI-driven recruitment automation.
